1) Band Parent Meeting - Tuesday, January 15th at 7:30pm ~ 8:30pm Please consider attending to hear news from Doug Bundy and find out the latest information and updates affecting the AHS Band Program.
2) Fundraiser Coordinator for the Fall Trip - The Band Parent Association is trying to locate the person or persons who may have expressed interest in heading up the fundraising efforts for the marching band trip to southern California this fall. 3) Bowl-A-Thon - Saturday, January 26th from 3:30-5:30pm at Park Lanes (near Movies on TV). The goal this year is to raise $6000. Remember, you can still support your band and be eligible for $200 credit towards the Fall 2008 Disneyland trip OR $200 gift certificate to a local music store even if you are unable to attend the bowl-a-thon. 4) Music 'Til Midnight - Friday, May 2nd - Volunteer coordinators needed for two separate positions to:
1) Organize student efforts to sell MtM tickets in advance and to volunteer on the night of the event.
2) Secure site permission for students to play and sell MtM tickets at local establishments during high traffic hours (in April).
